Position Overview:
Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Part Time Security Personnel at the Clarion Inn at Destination Daytona.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, following established protocols.
Conduct regular safety checks, including doors, windows, equipment, and restricted areas.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a calm, approachable presence.
Operate surveillance cameras and security systems as required.
Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary.
Support evacuation or emergency procedures, including fire alarms and medical events.
Perform escorts for staff or guests when requested.
Exemplify the Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence.
Previous security or customer-service-related experience preferred.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
