· Respond to internet leads and inquiries promptly and professionally

· Guide customers through the online and in-store buying process

· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

· Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience
• CRM and Lead Management Tool Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
