Ed Morse Tampa Cadillac is seeking a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Service Drive Sales Consultant to engage with customers visiting our service drive to entice them to purchase a New or Pre-Owned vehicle, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and engage service drive customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Identify potential vehicle upgrade opportunities based on customer needs and vehicle history.
  • Present and promote new and pre-owned vehicle options to service customers.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with service department staff and clientele.
  • Coordinate test drives, vehicle appraisals, and trade-in evaluations directly from the service drive.
  • Follow up with interested customers via phone, text, and email to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all current new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Assist in meeting monthly sales targets specifically tied to service drive conversions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience to promote customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

 

  • Prior automotive sales experience required; luxury vehicle sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable vehicle options.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dealership CRM software and inventory systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully complete a background, drug, and DMV screening.
