Position Overview:

Teddy Morse’s Destination Daytona is currently looking for a Maintenance at the Clarion Inn in Daytona Beach, FL.

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Complete tasks and assignments on the daily Maintenance Checklist.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Property Management to meet guest or operational needs.
• Practice safe working conditions under Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include Blood borne Pathogens.

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or Related degree from a technical college.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.
