Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson is looking for an event Title Clerk to join our team for Biketoberfest from August 2025- November 2025.

· Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

· Prepares tax and title documents.

· Submits all legal transfer work to the DMV or from another dealership.

· Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

· Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.

· Process payments to titling agencies.

· Process duplicate title requests.

· Identifies and prepares customer refunds for any excess fees charged.

· Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers and regulatory agencies.

· Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which vehicles are processed.

· File deals and supporting documents.

· 3 – 5 years title work experience required.

· DLR DMV experience preferred.

· Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.

· Microsoft Office experience required.

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

· Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.

This is a Biketoberfest Event Staffing position from August 2025 – November 2025. Possibility of re-hire for Bike Week from February 2026 – May 2026. May turn into a full time position for the right candidate.
