Ed Morse is currently seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team!

• Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments in ADP to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
• Reconcile current benefit enrollments against carrier invoices, creating invoices for intercompany reconciliation and payment.
• Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
• Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
• Work with Broker to resolve any discrepancies as they arise.
• Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events.
• Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
• Work with onsite contact to coordinate new hire benefits sessions with broker.
• Assists with the open enrollment process.
• Manage COBRA inquiries as necessary.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in HR and/or benefits administration role.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency in Excel
