Ed Morse is currently seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team! 

• Handling various tasks related to the dealership's financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring accurate data recording.
• Receiving, recording, and depositing all payments made to a car dealership, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Ensuring proper reconciliation of funds.
• Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Assist with month end closing.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Great understanding of account reconciliations
• A minimum of 2 years Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively
