Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a BDC Director to join our team!
Oversee and manage the BDC team to achieve department goals.
Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversion and appointment setting.
Collaborate with General Managers and Sales/Service teams to align BDC efforts with dealership objectives.
Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Supervise all inbound and outbound lead handling, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
Implement processes to improve response times and customer experience.
Oversee CRM utilization, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Hire, train, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance performance and professionalism.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
Foster a positive and results-driven work environment.
Monitor and refine BDC scripts, workflows, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies for lead management.
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal use of CRM, phone systems, and other tools.
Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Present performance updates to upper management and dealership stakeholders.
