Are you a passionate professional in the world of automotive finance and insurance? Ed Morse is a premier automotive group looking for a talented & driven F&I Assistant Biller to join our dynamic team.

• Assist in the preparation and processing of finance and insurance documentation.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of billing information and paperwork.
• Enter financial data into the dealership’s management system.
• Communicate with finance companies to ensure prompt and accurate funding.
• Coordinate with sales and finance departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports on finance and insurance transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the F&I department as needed.
• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries related to finance and insurance billing.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive finance and insurance or billing is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerTrack and DealerBuilt preferred)
• Extensive Knowledge of automotive F&I products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Detailed oriented, self-driven working skills and ability to drive for results and meet objectives.
• Must be willing to travel. Area of service will be (but not limited to) Texas, Missouri, and Illinois.
