The New Management is currently seeking a Body Shop Customer Service Representative to join our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, chat & fax, responding to all inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Must be computer and technology friendly to help our guests through the process!
  • Timely processing of orders and precise data entry
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in regards to shipments and/or order processing
  • Build rapport with each customer; Actively listens to customer's requests and needs
  • Handles each call until resolution is reached, including follow-up to ensure actions promised are completed
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; research & explore answers and alternative solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems

Qualifications

 

  • Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
