Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a GM Parts Manager to join our team and help deliver top-tier service by ensuring our parts operations run smoothly and efficiently!

• Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, purchasing, and stock levels
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate parts availability
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting both internal technicians and external customers with their parts needs
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of parts associates to deliver excellent service and support
• Analyze sales performance, manage costs, and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and GM standards

• 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably with General Motors (GM) parts
• Strong understanding of GM parts catalogs, systems, and inventory management processes
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with parts management software and dealership systems (i.e., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
• A customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
